Forty years in luxury shoemaking — Milan, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, eleven years building Bally across Southeast Asia — taught me one truth the industry never wanted to hear: it was built around everyone except the person wearing the shoes.

So I built something else.

That's the whole idea. Remove everyone in between, and put the customer back at the center of the process — not as a target market, but as the reason it exists.
