SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING MODEL
ALODD shoes are crafted to order in small batches. Each style begins production once we reach the established Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for that collection cycle. As a result, please allow up to 45 calendar days from the close of the current order-collection window for your order to be produced and shipped. This lead time reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship over mass production, and is not a delay or backorder — it is how every ALODD order is made.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order has left our workshop.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. ALODD is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we take care to ensure timely delivery, ALODD is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the tracked delivery estimate, contact us at info@alodd.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
