How to measure your foot

Foot Length

Place your heel flat against a wall. Measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. (in mm)

Girth

Sit down and extend your leg so your foot is off the floor and suspended in the air (with the foot held vertically). Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your foot — from the joint under the big toe to the joint under the little toe. (in mm)
Note: Do not rest your foot on the floor, as this will cause it to widen.

Instep

With your foot still suspended and relaxed in the air, wrap the tape measure around the highest part of your foot's arch (mid-foot). (in mm)
