Shipping Information

ALODD provides FREE SHIPPING to 34 countries globally (see full list below) with any purchase that includes at least one pair of shoes. Shipping costs on returns, however, are at the customer’s own expense. 


Returns & Exchanges

At ALODD, we pride ourselves on providing Quality, Style & Comfort to our customers. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to make things right. Simply return the product/s within 30 days of the original purchase date, and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price or happily exchange the goods for product/s of equal value.


Returns to

You may return product/s within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in its original packaging, with the original shipping invoice. Complete the Return & Exchange Form on the invoice and include it with the item for return. Please allow 7-14 days to process your return and credit your original form of payment.

(Please note: If you received the item as a gift, a refund will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase.)

If you are in Singapore, returns may be made in person to ALODD’s flagship boutique at The Centrepoint, Orchard Rd, during business hours.
